Member Verification Is Getting an Upgrade
Labor Credit Union is now using Authenticate Me to verify members who contact our call center. This is an upgrade and name change to our existing verification system. If you’re already enrolled, you won’t notice any difference when you call.
If you haven’t enrolled yet, we encourage you to do so by calling our call center. Authenticate Me provides a secure and convenient way to verify your identity when speaking with our member services team.
Requirements for Activation:
To use Authenticate Me, you must have a mobile phone that supports:

Text messaging

Internet browsing
-
Access to a mobile or Wi-Fi network

Biometric authentication (lock screen activated by using a code, face recognition, or fingerprints)

A supported cell phone browser: Safari (iOS), Chrome, or Firefox
Note that landline phones are not supported.
