Kathleen and Rosetta made my loan experience extremely exceptional. They both took care of me in a timely fashion. Kathleen really worked with me, to get a loan, that I really did not think I could get. That’s exceptional! Rosetta processed my loan very quickly! It seems Labor Credit Union have changed in helping people with loans, that really do not have great credit. To me, that is caring and working with people and not defining their customers with a number (Credit Rating). That’s huge! I hope you all keep making changes that will help your customers that are in needful situations, not by the number of their credit rating. We all need help. Thank you so very much!!!!
